Charles J. Voskuhl, Jr. age 43 of Voskuhl Rd. Maria Stein, died on Monday October 6, 2014 at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima. He was born on December 19, 1970, Coldwater to Charles Sr. & Sharon (Bruggeman) Voskuhl. His mother survives in Maria Stein. He married Kate Hess on October 17, 1998 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Philothea. She survives in Maria Stein. He is also survived by daughter Mackenzie and son Garret both at home, sisters, Mona & Dave Berning, Cassella, Lisa & Randy Albaugh, Sugarcreek, Ohio, Brenda & Doug Schmitmeyer, Versailles, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-laws Charlie & Joan Hess, St. Henry, Karen & Mike Timmerman, Ridgeville, IN Mark Hess, Ridgeville, IN, Jim & Barb Hess, Ft. Recovery, Sue Hess & Jack Thobe, Chickasaw, Dave & Teresa Hess, St. Henry, Joyce & Brian Dicke, Rockford and numerous nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, his in-laws Arthur & Adelheit Hess and a niece Elizabeth Dicke. He was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Maria Stein and a 1990 graduate of Marion Local High School. He worked as a painter for Machine Concepts, Minster. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 Saturday, October 11, 2014 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Maria Stein with Rev. Gene Schnipke celebrant. Burial will take place in St. John Cemetery. Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday, October 10, 2014 and from 9:00 to 10:00 AM on Saturday, October 11, 2014.
