Eyink age 94, formerly of Chickasaw, OH died Monday May 9, 2011 at The Gardens in St. Henry. She was born June 18, 1916 in McCartyville to the late Joseph & Agnes (Prenger) Riethman. She was married July 20, 1940 in McCartyville to Vernon F. Eyink. He preceded her in death on May 24, 1995. She is survived by children Kathleen Pleiman, Sidney, David L. & Diana Eyink, Celina, Larry & Mary Eyink, Chickasaw, Marilyn & Ed Schwartz, New Bremen, 13 grandchildren & 26 great grandchildren, sister-in-law Marie E. Riethman, Anna & borther-in-law Richard Harting, Dayton, OH. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, son-in-law John Pleiman, brothers & sisters, Raymond Riethman, Marie Riethman, Marcella Pleiman, Clarence Riethman, Dorothea Harting, Lorena Heitkamp, Bernard Riethman. She was a member of Precious Blood Catholic Church, Chickasaw, the Rosary Alter Sodality of the Church, VFW Auxiliary and she enjoyed quilting. She was retired from Goodyear. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, May 12, 2011 at 10:30 at Precious Blood Catholic Church, Chickasaw with Rev. Gene Schnipke. Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster, OH from 4 to 8 PM on Wednesday, May 11, 2011 and from 9 to 10 AM on Thursday, May 12. Burial will be in Precious Blood Cemetery.
