Cathy L. Nevels

Cathy L. Nevels age 61, of Minster died on Friday, April 1, 2016, at Heartland of Piqua. She was born on June 14, 1954 in Dayton, Ohio to the late William L. & Julia (Gruber) Schlotterbeck. She married Tim Nevels on December 11, 1971 in Phillipsburg, Ohio, and he survives in Minster. She is also survived by a daughter Terri & Jim Mullins, Minster and son Brian & Renee Nevels, West Milton, grandchildren Elyssa, Julia, Bree & Braden. She was preceded in death by a grandson Brandon, and brother Rex Schlotterbeck. She was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ, New Bremen. A Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster with Pastor Becky Erb Strang officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday and from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Tuesday. Burial will take place at Miami Memorial Park, Covington, Ohio.
