Carol J. Selhorst, age 84, of 522 Western Ave., St. Henry OH, was surrounded by her family when she went home to be with the Lord at 11:35 PM on Saturday, March 17, 2012 at Gardens at St. Henry. She was born July 21, 1927 in North Star OH to Leo and Zita (Grilliot) Stammen. On September 10, 1949 she married Bernard Selhorst in North Star; he preceded her in death on November 07, 2002. Carol is survived by children: Ann & Ron Fleckenstein, Ft. Recovery, Marvin & Ann Selhorst, Wapakoneta, Steve & Jane Selhorst North Star, Joe & Irene Selhorst, North Star, Jerry & Amy Bruggeman, Wellington, FL, Theresa Selhorst, North Star, Luke & Carla Selhorst, Kettering, OH, Chris & Deborah Selhorst, Waynesville, OH, daughter-in-law Christine Selhorst, Lake Worth, FL; sisters Joan Groff, Greenville, OH, Mary Jean Wehrkamp, North Star, sister-in-law Wilma Stammen, North Star, brother-in-law & sister-in-law Hank & Peg Selhorst, Coldwater, OH & Bill & Frances Klenke, 20 grandchildren & 24 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by parents, husband Bernard Selhorst, son Martin Selhorst, brothers & sisters, Robert & Loretta Stammen, Tom Stammen, Luke Stammen, Ruth & Albert Hemmelgarn, in-laws Val Groff & Ernest Wehrkamp. She was a member of Member of St. Louis Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 AM on Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at St. Louis Catholic Church, North Star, OH with Fr. David Zink, officiating. Burial will follow in Our Lady of Guadalupe Cemetery, Montezuma Ohio. Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home-Coldwater on Tuesday from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and at St. Louis Church on Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
