Carol Ann Albers Prenger age 65 of Minster, Ohio died Thursday, April 16, 2026 at her home in Minster. She was born July 18, 1960 in St. Marys Ohio to the late Eugene “Fish” & Marjorie (Hemmelgarn) Wehrman. She married Terry Prenger on December 29, 2018 and he survives in Minster. She is also survived by children: Eugene “Fish” & Shannon Albers, Fort Wayne, Amy Albers, Minster, Josh & Amanda Prenger, Sidney, Justin Prenger, Minster, Andrew Prenger, Minster, grandchildren: Taylor, Joseph, Juliana and Riley Albers, Jaxon and Aliyah Prenger, brother & sisters: Ben & Ann Wehrman, Minster, Sandy & Terry Mathewson, Rockford, Pam & David Seger, Fort Loramie, father-in-law John Prenger, Minster, in-laws: Brenda & Dale Goubeaux, Russia, David Prenger, Minster, Kevin & Amy Prenger, Minster, Michelle & Alex Weber, California, John & Ashley Prenger, Minster. She was preceded in death by her parents and mother-in-law Kathy Prenger. Carol was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, Minster Civic Association, Minster F.O.E. #1391, New Bremen Rod & Gun Club past member of the Police Auxiliary. For almost 20 years she ran BINGO at the Minster K of C Hall. On and off for 45 years she was a member of the Fort Loramie Area Life Squad and the Minster Area Life Squad, but primarily the last 8 years. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 AM on Monday, April 27, 2026, at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster. Burial will follow at St. Augustine Cemetery. Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster from 1 to 4 PM on Sunday, April 26, 2026, and from 9 to 10 AM on Monday, April 27.
