Carl E. Hart age 63, of St. Henry, died Thursday, September 10, 2015 at Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus. He was born July 4, 1952, in Celina, to George Hart of Coldwater & the late Anne Marie (Quinter) Hart. He married Kathy Puthoff on July 6, 1974, who survives in St Henry. He is survived by his son: Jason (Jessica) Hart of Troy; grandchildren: Olivia and Weston; siblings Dale (Kathy) Hart of Celina, Doris (Bill) Grieshop of Yorkshire, Marlene (Bob) Nash of Ridgeville, IN, Mark (Delores) Hart of Portland, IN, Paul (Joyce) Hart of Coldwater, Eileen (Dave) Wendel, Norma (Gary) Pottkotter, Larry (Missy) Hart, and Harold (Beth) Hart, all of Ft. Recovery; mother in law Agnes (Kaup) Puthoff of St. Henry; and in laws Dave (Mary) Puthoff of St. Marys, Karen (Tim) Koesters of Ft. Wayne, IN, Ken (Deb) Puthoff of St. Henry, Jim (Cheryl) Puthoff of St. Henry, Don (Teresa) Puthoff of Columbus, Greg (Jenifer) Puthoff of Rockford, Mike Puthoff of Atlanta, GA, Ginny (Doug) Seitz, of Coldwater, Nancy Puthoff of St. Henry, Ron (Joan) Puthoff of St. Henry, Randy (Ann) Puthoff of Delaware, Kevin (Ann) Puthoff, Jeff Puthoff, Sue Puthoff, and Pat and Larry Selhorst, all of St. Henry. He was preceded in death by his father in law Raymond Puthoff, and a brother in law, Frank Puthoff. He was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church, where he served as a communion distributor, a lector, a priest assistant, a sacristan, adult mass server, and a former cantor and choir member. He was also a member of the St. Henry Knights of Columbus, the St. Gaspar del Bufalo 4th Degree Knights of Minster. He retired from St. Henry Schools after over 30 years, and later worked for St. Henry Tile. He was also a former squad member and the first President for the St. Henry EMS. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at St. Henry Catholic Church with Fr. Tom Hemm officiating. Visitation will be from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday, and from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM on Tuesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home - Coldwater. Burial will be at St. Henry Cemetery, in St. Henry, Ohio.
