Betty June Florence, age 73, of Coldwater, Ohio, died at 6:00 PM on Monday, October 22, 2012 at St. Ritas Medical Center, Lima, Ohio. She was born August 10, 1939 in Celina, Ohio to the late Ruel & Eathyle (Kuhn) Harner. On November 12, 1957 she married Glen Florence, and he survives in Coldwater. She is also survived by four children, Leisa & Tim Pearson, Mark Florence, Doug & Annie Florence, and Lorna & Rusty Miller, all of Coldwater, seven grandchildren, Seth & Laura Pearson, Lindsey & Travis Unrast, Garth Pearson, Riggs Florence, Samantha Florence, Joshua Miller and Briar & Amanda Miller, three great-grandchildren, Bentley, Praline and Makai and a sister, Kathy & Vern Wendel of Celina. She is preceded in death by a granddaughter, Carrie Florence. She was a member of Erastus United Methodist Church and the Erastus Ladies Fellowship Society, Washington Township Central Committee, the Mercer County Republican Party, Mercer County Farm Bureau Advisory Council and was an avid supporter of the Mercer County Fair. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, October 26, 2012 at Erastus United Methodist Church, Erastus, Ohio. Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home-Coldwater on Thursday from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM. And at Erastus United Methodist Church on Friday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
