Berniece A. Buehler, age 76, of Coldwater, Ohio died on Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at Briarwood Village, Coldwater, Ohio. She was born August 09, 1936 in Jay County, Indiana to the late John & Hilda (Droesch) Alig. On January 14, 1956 she married Elmo Buehler in St. Anthony, Ohio, and he died September 22, 1989. She is survived by four children, Doug & Deb Buehler of St. Henry, Deb & Oakland Roberts Jr. of Union City, Indiana, Darlene Homan & Bruce Paxson of Coldwater and Deanna & Mike Reynolds of Las Vegas, Nevada, sixteen grandchildren, Tyler, Travis, Trent, Troy, Trey, Shannon, Shaun, Staush, Cody, Gina, Christopher, Stacey, Brittany, Mackenzie, Kali, Lynda, six great-grandchildren, two brothers, Don & Vera Alig of Portland, Indiana, and Dick & Jenny Alig of Coldwater, two sisters, Dorothy Hein of Montezuma and Rosie Heitkamp of Coldwater, and two sisters-in-law, Evelyn Alig and Marceil Alig, both of Portland, Indiana. She is preceded in death by a son, David Buehler, four brothers, Jerome Alig, John Alig, Ralph Alig and Joe Alig, a sister, Viola Alig, and two brothers-in-law, Greg Hein and Ed Heitkamp. She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater. She was retired from being a cook at Coldwater Schools and worked at the former Betties Restaurant in Coldwater. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, November 30, 2012 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, Ohio with Fr. Marc Soellner, officiating. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater, Ohio. Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home-Coldwater on Thursday from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
