Annette S. Burkhardt age 57 of Coldwater, Ohio, died on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at Joint Twp District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys, Ohio. She was born on July 31, 1967 in South Bend IN to Carl & Betty Lou (McCrum) Horvath. They both survive in South Bend. She married Michael Burkhardt on September 26, 1992 and he survives in Coldwater. She is also survived by children: Austin, Joachim, Isaac, Sophia, Luke, Michaela, Sarah, Anna, Benjamin & Jonathan, six grandchildren, brother Greg Horvath, sisters Deborah Mendez, Carla Hohl. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 Am on Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster. Burial to follow at St. Augustine Cemetery. Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster from 4 to 7 PM on Tuesday and from 9 to 9:30 on Wednesday. Condolences may be left at www.hogenkampfh.com.
