Alvina L. Lochtefeld age 89 formerly of St. Rose, Ohio died at 3:45 PM at Heritage Manor Nursing Center, Minster, Ohio. She was born on January 20, 1925 in Maria Stein, Ohio to the late Joseph & Ida (Kuess) Heitkamp. On August 3, 1949 She married Clarence J. Lochtefeld at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Maria Stein. He preceded her in death on May 2, 2003. She is survived by son Kenneth Lochtefeld, Belle Center, Ohio, daughter Mary & Theodore Tumbusch, Minster, Ohio, 6 grandchildren Nicole, Kelly, Ryan, Travis, Danielle & Brandon, 7 great grandchildren Caleb, Brianne, Luke, Skylar, Cameron, Braxton & Braleigh, brother Henry Heitkamp, Minster. She was preceded in death by sister Hilda Kremer. She was a member of St. Rose Catholic Church, the Ladies Sodality of the Church and the Knights of St. John Ladies Auxillary, Maria Stein. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 Monday, March 31, 2014 at St. Rose Catholic Church with Rev. Gene Schnipke celebrant. Burial will take place in St. Rose Cemetery. Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Sunday, March 30, 2014 and from 9:00 to 10:00 AM on Monday, March 31, 2014.
