Alma O. Overman age 87 of Celina, Ohio and a Former resident of Jefferson St. in Maria Stein, OH Died Sunday December 16, 2012 at Celina Manor in Celina, OH. She was born January 29, 1925 in Coldwater, OH to Jacob and Josephine (Stegeman) Bernard. She was married on May 28, 1948 to Richard F. Overman he died November 26, 2003. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law Michael and Rhonda Overman of Celina, grandchildren Max Overman of Celina and Bailey and Mark Snyder of Dublin, OH. Also surviving is a sister Roseanne Braun of Coldwater. She was preceeded in death by her parents along with eight siblings Alfred, Ferd and Fred Bernard, Bernard and Carl Stegeman, Edna Hartings, Ruth Rohler and Rita Fortkamp. Alma was a member of Immaculate Conception Church in Celina and St. John The Baptist Church in Maria Stein, the Ladies Sodality of St. John Church and The American Legion Auxilary of Maria Stein. She retired from Hemmelgarn Eggs Inc., were she was a secretary. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM Thursday at St. John Church, Rev. Gene Schnipke Presiding. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery. Friends may call from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM Wednesday and 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Minster.
