Algar S. Moeller, age 78, of Coldwater, Ohio, died on Thursday, September 27, 2012 at the Gardens at St. Henry, St. Henry, Ohio. He was born December 31, 1933 in New Weston, Ohio to the late Daniel & Henrietta (Stammen) Moeller. On July 21, 1954 he married Velma (Grieshop) in Osgood, Ohio, and she survives in Coldwater, Ohio. He is also survived by five children, Larry & Julie Moeller of Ft. Loramie, Bruce & Diane Moeller of Maria Stein, Allen & Wendy Moeller of Waynesfield, Chris & Christine Moeller of Concord, North Carolina, and Gerri & Denis Schlater of Coldwater, 19 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren. Brothers and sisters, Andrew Moeller of Burkettsville, Jerome & Armella Moeller of Ft. Loramie, Thomas & Mary Moeller of Ft. Loramie, James & Esther Moeller of Springfield, Mary Lou Eilerman of North Star, Joann & Alfred Eilerman of North Star, and Susan & Leroy Unrast of Wilcox, Arizona. In-laws, Jan & Tom Obringer of Westerville, Bill & Doris Grieshop of Yorkshire, and Dick Kraujalis of Las Vegas, Nevada. He is preceded in death by brothers- and sisters-in-law, Viola Moeller, Barney Eilerman, and Dorothy Kraujalis. He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, the Knights of Columbus, the Fraternal Order Eagles of Coldwater and Minster. His hobbies included gardening, fishing, card playing and golf. He retired after 33 years from Moorman Manufacturing Co. as a sales rep and livestock nutrition. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Monday, October 01, 2012 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, Ohio with Fr. Richard Walling, officiating. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater. Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home-Coldwater on Sunday from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and on Monday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
