Alberta G. Pohlabeln, age 87, went to be with the Lord Jesus in Heaven from Wright Nursing in Fairborn OH on May 23, 2011. She was born November 23, 1923 in Montgomery County, OH to Earl & Ruth Denlinger. She graduated from Trotwood Madison High School. She was married Leo F.Pohlabeln for 47 years and he died July 17, 1992. Alberta is survived by her children and spouses: Theresa & Robert Dugan (Springfield OH); Nicholas & Jane Pohlabeln (Kettering OH); James & Marcy Pohlabeln (Dayton OH), grandchildren: Jason Hardin (deceased), Christopher & Kelle Hardin, Nicole Hicks, Nicholas, Christina & Trevor Pohlabeln and six great grandchildren, a sister LaDonna (Flory) Keller and a brother Marvin Denlinger (deceased) and several nephews & nieces. Alberta worked as a dental assistant, veterinary assistant and at Hobart in Dayton. In 1972 her & Leo moved to Celina OH (St Marys Lake) where she lived for 38 years. There will be a graveside service at 3:00 PM Saturday, May 28, 2011 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Cemetery, Montezuma, Ohio.
