Albert Frank Schulze, age 89, former Dayton Area resident died on Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at Hospice of Dayton, Dayton, Ohio. He was born May 27, 1923 in Minster, Ohio to the late Louis & Henrietta (Bertke) Schulze. On November 25, 1948 he married Rosemary C. (Sieverding), and she died July 21, 2010. He is survived by a son, Martin & Mary Schulze of Englewood, Ohio, a daughter, Lou Ann & Kirk Bell of Germantown, Ohio, a brother, Louis & Joyce Schulze of West Carrollton, Ohio, two sisters, Odyne & Allen Barlage of Ft. Loramie, Ohio and Henrietta & Wilbur Hoying of Anna, Ohio, two grandchildren, Erin & John Rieder of Miamisburg, Ohio and Nick & Rachael Bell of Germantown, Ohio, three great-grandchildren, Brayden, Lily and Andrew Bell and a special friend he called a son, Scott Hildebrand of St. Marys, Ohio. He is preceded in death by a brother, Ernest and five sisters, Luedna, Norma, Agnes, Veronica and Mary Lou. He retired from National Cash Register, Co., Dayton after 36 years and was also retired from Schroeder Construction. He was a United States Army veteran serving in the European Theater during World War II with 23 months of his 3 years of service on the frontlines. He was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Montezuma, National Cash Register 25 year club, Wolf Creek Rod and Gun Club, Dayton, South Shore Sportsman Club, the Lake Improvement Association, St. Marys and was a lifetime member of the Celina American Legion Post 210. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30 AM on Saturday, June 2, 2012 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Montezuma, Ohio with Fr. James Dugal, officiating. Burial with military rites will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Ft. Loramie, Ohio. Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home " Coldwater on Saturday from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
