Hilda R. Thobe, age 101, of Saint Marys, Ohio, died Monday, February 16, 2004, at Otterbein Nursing Home in Saint Marys, Ohio She was a member of St. Paul Catholic Chruch, Akron, Ohio. She was born January 10, 1903 to the late Henry Rolfes and the late Elizabeth (Vehorn) Rolfes. She was preceded in death by her daughter Norma Sucher & grandson Steven Thobe. She is survived by her Son & Daughter-in-law, Neil & Shirley Thobe of Huber Heights, Ohio, Grandchildren, Cathy & Bob Swindle, Grayson, GA and their children Josh & Jake; Mark & Kandi Sucher of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio and their children Diana Jean & Nicolas. Arrangements are being handled by N.J. Hogenkamp Sons, Inc., 61 South Hanover St., Minster, Ohio, where the family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM Sunday, February 22, 2004. Funeral service will be at Holy Cross Cemetery in Akron, Ohio at 2:00 PM Monday, February 23, 2004 . Interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery in Akron, Ohio
