Mary Vorhees
Mary D. Vorhees, 45, 221 W. Fulton St., Celina, died Feb. 8, 2004, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater, after collapsing while working at the V.F.W. hall in Coldwater. A cause of death has not yet been determined.
She was born July 30, 1958, in Celina, to James P. and Diane Creeden. Her former husband, Randy Vorhees, survives in Celina.
Other survivors are a son, Shawn, serving with the U.S. Army in Iraq; a daughter, Dawn (Adam) Barnett, Philadelphia, Pa.; two brothers, Frank Creeden, and Randy (Marlena) Creeden, all of Celina; a sister, Paula (Dennis) Bollenbacher, Celina; and two grandchildren.
She was manager at the V.F.W. in Coldwater, and an auxiliary member of the American Legion post in Celina.
Services are 11 a.m. Thursday at Lehman Funeral Home, Celina, Pastor Kathleen Hayes officiating.
Calling is 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
