Harry Hicks, Jr., age 79, of Coldwater, Ohio, died Friday, February 6, 2004, at Decedent's Residence in Coldwater, Ohio Hicks was employed by Mersman Tables and was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church. He was also a member of Coldwater American Legion Post 470, Disabled American Veterans Post, St. Marys, OH, Coldwater V. F. W. Post 5135, Knights of Columbus Council 1991 Coldwater, OH. He Served in the Army during World War II. He was the son of the late Harry Hicks and the late Hazel (Brenner) Hicks. He married Barbara Hotmire on April 2, 1965, in Randolph County, IN. She suvives. He is also survived by daughters, Esther Hicks of Tustin, Calif., Jackie Courville of Laurelville, La., Jennifer & Lynn Brewer of Virginia Beach, Va., Kelli & Tony McNeil of Coldwater, Ohio; Sons,Steven Hicks, San Antonio, TX, Robert Hicks of New Iberia, La., Jonathan & Mary Hicks of Celina, Ohio; Sisters, Phyllis & Glen Cook of Three Rivers, Mich., Mary Jo & Dean Reams of Three Rivers, Mich., Linda & Don Leister of Oklahoma City, Okla.; Brothers, Paul & Jane Hicks of Irving, Texas, F. William & Judy Hicks of Welston, Mich., Richard & Karen Hicks of Three Rivers, Mich., Teddy & Sue Hicks of Three Rivers, Mich., Donald & Lois Hicks of Three Rivers, Mich.; Eighteen grandchildren, Ten great-grandchildren. Arrangements are being handled by N.J. Hogenkamp Sons, Inc., 715 East Main, Coldwater, Ohio, where the family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday, February 9, 2004 and from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM Tuesday, February 10, 2004. Funeral service will be at Holy Trinity Catholic Church at 10:30 AM Tuesday, February 10, 2004 , Fr. Thomas Dorn officiating. Interment will be at St. Elizabeth Cemetery in Coldwater, Ohio. Military Services will be held by Coldwater V.F.W. & Coldwater American Legion.
