Mr. Frederick H. Seger , age 80, of 13858 Versailles-Yorkshire Rd., Yorkshire, Ohio, died Saturday, January 24, 2004, at His Residence in Yorkshire. Mr. Seger was retired by AVCO New Idea after 35 years and a retired farmer. He was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Osgood, OH. He was also a member of Men's Sodality of the Church & a Eucharistic Minister. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corps, a Lifetime member of the Osgood American Legion, where he was a past Commader & on the firing sqaud. He was the son of the late Joseph Seger and the late Cecilia (Wuebker) Seger. He is survived by his wife Bertha Mueller. Daughters; Diana & William Walker, Huber Heights, OH, Deborah & Mark Gehle, Yorkshire, Lisa & Steven McNeilan, Versailles. Sons; David & Carol Seger, Centerville, Donald & Judy Seger, Bellbrook, OH, Dennis & Debra Seger, Tipp City. Sister, Esther Seger, Ft. Loramie; Brothers; Ed & Charlene Seger, Ft. Loramie, triple brother Carl & Mary Seger, Ft. Loramie. sisters-in-law Rita Seger, Mary Ann Seger; brothers-in-law, Robert Gray, Richard Middendorf. 21 Grandchildren & 2 great granddaughters. Arrangements are being handled by N.J. Hogenkamp Sons, Inc., 61 South Hanover St., Minster, Ohio, where the family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday , January 28, 2004. Funeral service will be at St. Nicholas Catholic Church at 10:30 AM Thursday, January 29, 2004 , Rev. David Zink Celebrant. Interment will be at St. Martin Cemetery in Osgood, Ohio. Memorials may be mad e to State of the Heart Home Health & Hospice.
