Gladys Miller
Gladys M. Miller, 96, formerly of Mendon, died at 9:25 p,m. Jan. 4, 2004, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born Nov. 13, 1907, in Mendon, to Elmer and Eva Wright Lawrence. On April 17, 1926, she married Clayton Miller who is deceased.
Surviving are a son, Dale (Mary) of Celina; two daughters, June (Myron) Hyatt, Celina, and Sally (William) Brown, Xenia; 12 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, one stepgreat-grandson and one stepgreat-great-grandson.
Deceased are two sons, Paul and Richard, and two sisters, LeVerne Williams and Nelva McGillvary.
She formerly was a machine operator at Hays Auto Trim. She was a member of Mendon United Methodist Church and past matron of the Order of Eastern Star, Mendon.
Services are 11 a.m. Thursday at Lehman Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Robert Metheny officiating. Burial will be at Mendon Cemetery.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
R. Michael Loughridge
Services for R. Michael ìMikeî Loughridge were Jan. 3, 2004, at St. Paulís United Methodist Church, Celina, the Rev. Robert Metheny officiated. Organist was Carol Zimmerman and Beth Loughridge was soloist.
Pallbearers to North Grove Cemetery, Celina, were Steve Grimes, Mike Seibert, Tim Robinson, Bill Boze, Steve Blakely, Tom and Jerry Loughridge and Ron Smalley.
Lehman Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.
