Clarence A. "Mickey" Feltz, 83, 6398 Ohio 119, Maria Stein, died at 8:50 p.m. Jan. 6, 2004, at Heritage Manor Nursing Center, Minster.
He was born April 21, 1920, in Cassella, to Albert J. and Catherine Froning Feltz. On June 26, 1948, he married Julia M. Albers who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Tom (Jane) of Maria Stein and Larry (Laurie) of Cassella; a daughter, Phyllis (Charles) Gerace, Dublin; a daughter-in-law, Sherrie Feltz, Polk City, Fla.; a brother, Maurice (Sally) of St. Marys; a sister, Sister Dorothy of Buffalo, N.Y.; a brother-in-law, Henry Leugers, Maria Stein; two sisters-in-law, Joanne Schlegel, Dayton, and Catherine Albers, Dayton; and seven grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Allen; a brother, Othmar; and a sister, Lillian Leugers.
He was a retired mechanic and a U.S. Air Force veteran of World War II. He was a member of Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, the Menís Society and Catholic Knights of America Council 943, all of Cassella, and Knights of St. John Commandery 313 and American Legion Post 571, both of Maria Stein.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Harry Cavanaugh officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery with the American Legion conducting military rites.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday and 9-10 a.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry.
