Henrietta C. Heckman, age 91, of Fort Loramie, Ohio, died Saturday, December 20, 2003, at The Gardens at St. Henry in Saint Henry, Ohio She was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church. She was also a member of Catholic Ladies Of Columbia, American Legion Aux. Ft. Lor, Charter Mem Ft. Lor Historical, Ladies Sodality Of The Church.
She was the daughter of the late Louis Barhorst and the late Bernadine (Bornhorst) Barhorst. She was married to her Ambrose (Bud) Heckman December 30, 1936. He preceded her in death on May 4, 1974.
She is survived by herOne Daughter, Karen & James Bensman of Minster, Ohio, Two Sons, Thomas & Mary Heckman of Troy, Ohio, Jerome & Judith Heckman of Englewood, Ohio. One Sister, Katherine Hemmelgarn of Dayton, Ohio.Thirteen grandchildren, Eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 3 brothers & 2 sisters. Arrangements are being handled by N.J. Hogenkamp Sons, Inc., 61 South Hanover St., Minster, Ohio, where the family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday, December 23, 2003 and from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM Wednesday, December 24, 2003. Funeral service will be at St. Michael Catholic Church at 10:30 AM Wednesday, December 24, 2003 , Rev. Steven Shoup, Celebrant. Interment will be at St. Michael Cemetery in Ft. Loramie, Ohio
