Elsie E. Thieman, age 84, of Minster, Ohio, died Thursday, January 24, 2008, at Heritage Manor Nursing Home in Minster, Ohio. She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church. She was also a former member of St. Monica Ladies Sodality and was the caregiver for her family. She was born February 18, 1923 in Minster, Ohio to the late John Thieman and the late Mary (Sommer) Thieman. She is survived by her Brother, Victor Thieman of Kettering, Ohio, 5 nieces & 1 nephew. She was preceded in death by 2 brothers Leonard & Walter Thieman and 2 sisters Luetta Franzer & Alvina Thieman. Arrangements are being handled by N.J. Hogenkamp Sons, Inc., 61 South Hanover St., Minster, Ohio, where the family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM Sunday, January 27, 2008 and from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM Monday, January 28, 2008. Mass of Christian Burial will be at St. Augustine Catholic Church at 10:00 AM Monday, January 28, 2008, Rev. Rick Nieberding celebrant. Interment will be at St. Augustine Cemetery in Minster, Ohio. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to State of the Heart Hospice.
