Ebbing, Velma (Puthoff), 93, of Coldwater, Ohio died Sunday, January 20, 2008 at Briarwood Manor Nursing Home in Coldwater, Ohio. She was born on December 8, 1914 to the late Joseph and Christina (Johnsman) Puthoff. She married Edward Ebbing on June 10, 1939 in Celina, Ohio, he died November 29, 1999. She is survived by a daughter Joyce (Bob) Baumeier of Florida, a son Stan (Vicki) Ebbing of Coldwater, Ohio, a daughter-in-law Elaine Ebbing of Coldwater, Ohio; 8 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by a son Clem Ebbing and a grandchild. She attended Holy Trinity Catholic Church and was a member of St. Ann's Rosary Altar Sodality. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Trinity Catholic Church on Wednesday, January 23, 2008 at 10:30 AM, with Fr. Dan Schmitmeyer officiating. Visitation will be at Hogenkamp Funeral Home - Coldwater on Tuesday, January 22, 2008 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday January 23, 2008 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Burial will be at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, in Coldwater, Ohio.
