Clune, Lewis B., 76, of Saint Henry, Ohio died Tuesday, January 15, 2008 at his residence. He was born on January 24, 1931, in Toledo, Ohio to the late Alex and Eleanor (Neargarder) Clune. He married Vivian Bergman on September 23, 1953 in Osgood, Ohio, and she survives. He is also survived by his children: Gary (Bev) Clune of Saint Henry, Ohio, Ron (Jeri) Clune of Saint Henry, Ohio, Kevin (Karla) Clune of Saint Henry, Ohio, Alan (Ann) Clune of Saint Henry, Ohio, Neal (Diane) Clune of Saint Henry, Ohio, Brian (Karen) Clune of Maria Stein, Ohio, Karen (Joe) Thobe of Maria Stein, Ohio and Brenda (Rick) Evers of Maria Stein, Ohio; 16 grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren and 1 step great grandchild; sisters: Rosie (Vic) Moeder of Saint Henry, Ohio and Donna (Don) Bowerman of Minster, Ohio and a sister-in-law Jane Clune of Coldwater, Ohio. He is preceded in death by a sister Anna Mae Clune and a brother Paul Clune. He attended St. Henry Catholic Church. He was a member of the St. Henry American Legion, Past Commander of the American Legion, and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force serving in the Korean Conflict. He retired from the former New Idea, Coldwater, Ohio. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Henry Catholic Church on Friday, January 18, 2008 at 10:30 AM, with Fr. Larry Wyen officiating. Visitation will be at Hogenkamp Funeral Home - St. Henry on Thursday, January 17, 2008 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday January 18, 2008 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Burial will be at St. Henry Cemetery, in Saint Henry, Ohio. Full Military Rites will be conducted at the cemetery.
