Jerold "Jerry" G. Meyer, age 41, of Fort Loramie, Ohio, died Thursday, January 3, 2008, at Heritage Manor Nursing Home in Minster, Ohio. He was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church. He was also a member of Knights of Columbus, McCartyville. He was employed at Airstream Inc. & farming until his illness. He was the son of the late John Meyer and Phyllis Watercutter Poeppelman. His mother survives in Egypt, Ohio. He is also survived by his Sisters, Barbara & Scott Gaier of Anna, Ohio, Jane & Ron Meier of Maria Stein, Ohio, Kathy & Mark Will of Fort Recovery, Ohio, Carol & Tim Will of Egypt, Ohio; Brothers; Tim & Karen Magoto of Fort Loramie, Ohio, Gregory & Krista Meyer of Anna, Ohio, Mark & Amy Poeppelman of Egypt, Ohio, Steve Poeppelman of Minster, Ohio; 28 nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by step-father Clem Poeppelman, Jr. Arrangements are being handled by N.J. Hogenkamp Sons, Inc., 61 South Hanover St., Minster, Ohio, where the family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday, January 7, 2008 and from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM Tuesday, January 8, 2008 at Sacred Heart Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church at 10:30 AM Tuesday, January 8, 2008, Rev. Patrick Welsh and Rev. Larry Wyen Con- Celebrants. Interment will be at St. Patrick Cemetery in St. Patrick, Ohio. Memorials may be made to the Nuerofibromatosis Foundation and State of the Heart Hospice.
