Nancy L. Amstutz, age 54 of Celina, passed away at 7:30p.m. on Wednesday Jan 2, 2008 at the Laurels of Shane Hill in Rockford. She was born on Dec. 19, 1953 in Greenville, Ohio to Olen & Mabel (Smith) Amstutz, who live in Celina. Also surviving are her sisters & brothers-in-law; Jane & David Chicoine of West Hurley, N.Y.,Susan & Rod Myers of Ft. Wayne, IN., Linda & John Younglove of Battle Creek, MI., Patty & Jeffrey Hazel of Celina, several nieces & nephews. She is preceded in death by her grandparents Henry & Emma Amstutz, Earl & Imo Smith, Sister Cindy Amstutz. Before Nancy was seriously injured in an automobile accident on Dec. 7, 1970, which also took the life of her sister Cindy, she attended Celina High School. She was a member of the Grace Missionary Church and was active in Youth for Christ. The Family wants to express their thanks to the many who assisted in Nancy’s care over the years. Private family services will be held on Saturday Jan 5, 2008 at the Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, with Rev. Steve Howell officiating.
