Robert A. Stueve age 73 of 171 N. Garfield St. Minster, died 10:00 AM Wednesday January 2, 2008 at St. Rita's Medical center in Lima. He had been ill for 1 year. He was born August 23, 1934 in Minster to Joseph & Elenora (Dwenger) Stueve. He was married on September 18, 1965 in Minster to Mary C. Riethman who survives. Also survived by, 1 Brother & 3 Sisters, Bernard & JoAnn Stueve, Minster; Mary Ellen & Richard Fortman, Minster; Rosann & Stan Quellhorst, New Bremen, OH, Margie & Tom Schwieterman, Burkettsville, OH. His Mother-in-law, Dorothy Riethman, Minster; sisters-in-law Norma Winner, Minster, OH, Carol & George Pryhuber, Danville CA, brothers-in-law Robert & Marlene Riethman, Dayton, Ohio, Harry & Diane Riethman, Minster, Ohio. He was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, OH, Minster F.O.E. #1391, Minster American Legion, Cataract Fire Co. Minster, Founding Member & Past President Ft. Loramie Racing Club, Veteran of US Army in Japan 1955 to 1957, Retired from Minster Machine Co. after 34 years, Minster Machine 25 Year Club, inducted into the Minster Machine Limited Addition Club April 23, 1997, Prior to that was employed at Westerheide Motor Sales Minster, Werling Motors, Coldwater. After his retirement he assisted at Machine Concepts, Baumer Construction and Heyne Construction all of Minster. He enjoyed restoring ford tractors and helping on the family farm. Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster from 2 to 8 PM Sunday & 9 to 9:30 AM Monday. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 AM Monday January 7, 2008 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, Ohio. Burial at St. Augustine Cemetery Minster, Ohio. Full Military Honors at the Graveside by the Minster Firing Squad. Memorials may be made to The Kidney Foundation.
